Part A — All products

Try before you pay

You can try every product free before you pay. Part B states each product's free period or free trial. That is the time to decide whether a product works for you.

All sales are final

We do not give refunds on any product. Once you buy or renew a yearly subscription, or buy a lifetime licence, the payment is not refundable, in whole or in part, except:

Where the law requires it. If the law of your country requires a refund, we follow it. For consumers in the EU and UK: when you buy, Paddle's checkout asks you to agree to immediate access to the software and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins, as the law permits for digital content.
Billing errors. If you are charged by mistake — for example, a double charge, or buying the same plan twice — we always refund the mistaken charge.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the year you paid for. We email you a reminder before each yearly renewal.

If we discontinue a product

If we discontinue a product, every paying user, yearly or lifetime, receives a final version of it that works without sign-in or licence checks, and may keep using it indefinitely, as set out in our Terms. No refund is due.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Paddle.com is our merchant of record — the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle handles payment, invoices, tax and any refund that is due. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net, for anything about a charge.

Part B — jaala

jaala is free for everyone until 15 January 2027. After that, new users get a free trial before paying. Pricing is in Part B of our Terms.

Part B — thoga

thoga is not yet released. When it is, new users get a 15-day free trial with every feature, with no payment details needed. Use it to decide; after you buy, Part A applies. Pricing is in Part B of our Terms.
